TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. All rates plus 11% tax (6% Sales tax and 5% Tourist tax)
  2. Security deposit: US$ 500.00
  3. minimum rental term 1 week (7 days)
  4. Cleaning fee: as listed in description of the house
  5. Power costs: Most of the rentals have an allowance of $ 25,00 per week. Any amount over the allowance will be charged at the end off the vacation.
  6. Register and booking confirmation: To rent a vaction home you have to send in the register form ( which will be sent to you by email )and you must provide us with all the guests names who will be renting the Villa. It must be in writing and the person who is signing this contract will be responsible for any cancellation fees.
  7. Rentals and terms of payment: Together with the booking agreement we require a down-payment of 25% of the total rental amount. The balance has to be paid 45 days prior to arrival. If booked within a short notice of 30 days or less the rental price has to be paid in full.
  8. PAYMENT POLICY
    • Cashiers checks
    • Personal checks ( not accepted if booking is less than 30 days prior to check in )
    • Wire transfer
    • Traveler Checks
  9. CANCELLATION FEE: A cancellation from a booking contract depends on how long before arrival you would have to cancel. The cancellation fees are:
    • up to 45 days prior to check-in: 10% of rental fee
    • 44 to 30 days prior to check-in: 30% of rental fee
    • 29 to 22 days prior to check-in: 60% of rental fee
    • 21 and less days prior to check-in: 80 % of rental fee
  10. CHECK-IN 3 pm
  11. CHECK-OUT 11 am
  12. Smoking inside the houses is not permitted
  13. IF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED HERE AND IN YOUR CONFIRMATION ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE, YOU MAY CANCEL WITHOUT FORFEITURE BY PROVIDING WRITTEN NOTIFICATION OF CANCELLATION WITHIN FIVE DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE CONFIRMATION.
